Thank you for your interest in becoming an approval centre to deliver our accreditation. We have provided the following steps for the accreditation process.

Thank you for your interest in becoming an approval centre to deliver our accreditation. We have provided the following steps for the accreditation process.

Step 1:
Submit Enquiry Form

If you are interested in becoming our corporate member, please fill in the online enquiry form HERE. ELM will contact you for further details within 7 working days.

Step 2:
Interview

ELM will arrange a qualification consultant visit to support you with the application process. The interview will be done by centre visit or online meeting format.

Step 3:
Submit Resumes

If you are recommended to proceed to the next stage, ELM will collect the resumes of the school director or head of tutors/trainers for qualification review.

Step 4:
Submit Application Form

If the qualification review is passed, you will need to complete the approval centre application form and provide all necessary supporting documents to us.

Step 5:
Approval Confirmation

After confirmation that you have met our requirements, we will send out confirmation of approval.

Step 6:
Submit Course Outlines

For each course accreditation, you will need to submit the course outlines to us, including the course summary content, duration, profile of tutors/trainers, assessments or examination details etc for approval review.

Step 7:
Course Approval
Confirmation

After confirmation that you have met our requirements, we will send out confirmation of approval and you will be able to register learners with us.

Step 8:
Submit Learners
Accreditation Application

For any learner accreditation, you will need to submit with the application form along with the learner’s passport or identity document copy.

Step 9:
Issue of Certificate

The accreditation process can take up to 30 working days from receipt of a completed application. This is subject to the timely supply of all necessary information within the time period.
